180° Fitness Class
This is a LADIES ONLY class that will help you gain strength and endurance while focusing on positive self-image and nutrition. Classes are currently held here at Twelve Lions Performance|CrossFit.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m., and 8:30 a.m.
Thursdays at 8:00 a.m.

  • Unlimited sessions – $95 per month



  • 10 Session Pass – $120



  • Drop in fee – $15



Private Personal Training Sessions
Receive the benefits of my undivided attention and customizable plans based on your individual health and fitness goals.

  • One-on-one training – $40 per hour



  • 5 Session Package – $175 (save $25)



  • 10 Session Package – $350 (save $50)
